    finalizar el acto 2 y derrotar a la matriarca, en la cinemática de inicio del acto 3 el juego se pilla.

    Ya intente poner el juego con todo al mínimo para ver si era un problema de rendimiento, pero al parecer no lo es. El juego se queda pillado, pero aun se puede escuchar sonido de fondo.

    Noto que cuando ocurre esto el juego deja de usar la tarjeta gráfica.

    Especificaciones de mi equipo

    Ryzen 5 3600

    16gb drr4 3200mhz

    Rtx 2060 super

    HDD 1tb 7200.

    Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand having issue with game freeze at certain location. There have been a few of these within the game affecting users. You can try load a previous save point and continue from there. Also may want to post on the
    game forums themselves as there has been others posting there with this issue in different areas.
