Gears 5 not available and Boost wasting

I got all 5 classes first and then the packages as they came available. I did unlock gear once and then nothing but Double XP. I found unlock gear to be a bit of a waste in comparison. The only thing I'm hooked on in this game is the Specialist package,
which if I recall, can't be unlocked with unlock gear.

Yes they do tie the rewards to the account.

No it is not. I have not been able to get on since about 12pm pacific. It is now 8:01pm pacific and it is still out. I did a hard reset. Still nothing. Extra money paid for early gears access. Can’t play online and boosts are going to waste.
