Gears 5 Microsoft rewards app not updating

Again I have issues with a Microsoft Rewards app on my Xbox One X dashboard not updating after I carry out a task.

This time it is the Gears 5 Operation 3: Gridiron punchcard. Unlock an achievement (Earn any new achievement in Gears 5).

I unlocked I Made it All by Myself achievement specifically for the punchcard on 03/04/2020 and it still hasn't updated the app to grant me 500 reward points.

I understand Xbox Live is under great stress at this time due to the worldwide pandemic but if possible can this be looked at?

Hi Lord C Vandingo, try an achievement from the Gridiron list. The lastest update. Two of them link to the Blitz mode can be done solo
with a bot or with a friend. You can also do the one link to the Escape mode on "Barracks". Begin an escape game solo, host, and laucnh on barracks map. Follow the right path and activate the green button. Easy cheevo !

You could always contact support if you want them to help, but I would just wait a bit to see if the rewards app eventually updates with your correct points.

Had same issue - just takes a while for them to appear.
