Gears 5 Microsoft Email Problem

So I've recently recovered my Steam account from a hacker who hijacked my account. The hacker has also hacked into my 2 main emails and so they're also both unrecoverable. I didn't add any extra emails or phone number back up to recover them and had my very
old phone number that I never bothered to update. I thought I would never be hacked and so I learned a hard lesson and lost my 2 emails.

I created multiple new emails, all authenticated and protected. My Steam account is under a new email that I have Steam Support put under and recovered it from the hacker to me because I had proof of ownership over my Steam account and have enabled 2 step
verification and the extra protections.

So I wanted to know, is there really any way for me to recover my old Microsoft account?

I've lost access to my email under my old Microsoft account and have no way of recovering it, the Microsoft Wiki don't provide enough information for me.

I also have bought some Skins and DLC's from Gears 5 under my Steam account, is there a way Microsoft allows you to show proof of ownership to recover your Microsoft account just like how Steam does? My Gears 5 is under my Steam account and when I try to
play, it wouldn't let me, I thought switching to a new email would transfer my stuff to the new email but it shows errors in my screen.

I'm hoping I get answers to my question and help about this problem. Yes It's annoying that I lost my main emails under Microsoft and I'm pretty sure my Microsoft account has also been hacked also.

Its unfortunate and stupid how even though my account is still "Microsoft" they state that my account was provided by a "Internet Service provider" such as my Aol email account which has been hacked. They take forever to respond and trying to recover it
takes ages. I'd really would like to review the policies of WHY "they can't assist me". Is it because I'm under an ISP which prevents them from? I don't get it, its your company and my account is still under your brand, it doesn't make any sense...
