Gears 5 Issue - Loop problem

Hello people

I got Gears 5 from the Microsoft Store and just today when I opened the game like I normally do I got this window I've never seen before looking for game updates.

The window says that the status of the update is "Completed" but it does not go beyond that, if I close the window and run the game again... the same window appears again... like a loop.

I even reinstalled the game, but I only get this window.

Complete given below directions to reset and repair the game

Step 1: Open the Settings app. This can be done by clicking its icon in the Start menu or simultaneously pressing Windows logo + I.

Step 2: Click the Apps category icon and then click Apps & features to see all installed apps as well as classic desktop programs.

Step 3: Click on the app that you want to reset to see the Advanced options link. Click on the same (advanced options link).

Step 4: Finally, click the small Reset button. When you click the Reset button, you will find a small dialog box with “This will permanently delete the app’s data on this device, including your preferences and sign-in details.” Click the Reset button in the opened dialog box to reset the app.

Step 5: Once the Reset is done, you will see a check sign next to the Reset button. And restart the Pc

If that doesn't work please uninstall the game entirely from the same apps menu, then do this

Clear and reset Store cache in Windows

Step 1: Close Windows Store app if it’s running.

Step 2: In the Start menu search box, type WSReset (Windows Store Reset) to see Wsreset in the search results.

Step 3: Right-click on WSReset and then click Run as administrator option.

Step 4: restart Pc and Modem/router

Look for the game in the store not in the games library, and download from there

Hello, in Pc I have a bug in Gears 5 that the parallel conversations during the game between the characters are mute, like cut off and in the configuration are linked. Already the cinematographic scenes are with normal audio.
What would be the solution of my problem?
do you intend to loop correction pach soon?

That's strange cause gears 5 runs a medium on Steam with no issues. Something doesn't add up to me. How can gears 5 run at medium with no issue but gear 4 can't? I think it's strange.
