Gears 5 got deleted after updating Geforce Drivers

I was playing Gears 5 then i quit to restart my computer and boom the game is gone. I am reinstalling now but the speed is like 0 B/s jump to 2.2M/s and then goes to 0 again. I've tried downloading other games they give speed up to 50M/s.

This is in game pass btw

it's strange that a Geforce Driver update would result in a game being removed.

Regarding the download speed, you might want to try to power the PC off and then restarting all network devices and then start the PC again and see what the download speed does.

Hi,

Sorry to hear that. Been using the Windows Store for some games for a while now and never had a game delete itself after a graphics driver update. How odd.

But for future reference, make sure Windows System restore is enabled. If it happens again you should be able to roll back to before you installed updated drivers.

You need to update your graphics driver, the latest one is from 2020 and yours is from 2018

It may or may not update the feature support to 11.1

This utility will install the driver for you

Actually many users with this situation has been able to solve it trough the complete reinstall of the drivers as seems to be an issue with the drivers really
