Gears 5 freezes, can't play

In the lobby for Horde it freezes when loading map, in campaign it freezes when count down hits 1. It's taken forever to get the game to load to the point where I can choose what to play, but now it freezes. I've tried full shut downs and quit on the manage
game button. HELP, I wanna play!!

A hard reset may solve this problem. Hold down the power button until the system shuts down and unplug the power cable. Wait for 5 min and plug it back in and restart the console

The worst part is TC/Microsoft don't care to fix It, they don't read. Only Nvidia replied me they're already investigating the root cause, but I doubt that.

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. Just to clarify, you are playing the game on Xbox one correct? Check out these troubleshooting steps for when your Game freezes : “My
Xbox One game won’t start or freezes during gameplay”

Try out those steps and let us know the results!

Make sure your internet connection is good, then do a full hard reset on your console, then if that does not work try reinstalling the game

I can't play gears 2, freezes at the start menu and I wasn't able to play gears 3 coop that we'll with a friend, kept kicking the player that isn't the host
