    Hey I'm just wondering if anyone else is having this issue. I bought gears5 on steam for PC on release and had no issues. Now for about 3 days I haven't even be able to play. I get greeted with "ERROR An error as occurred. Please try again later. Failed
    to sign in to an Xbox live profile" my account is completely fine as I can log into the Xbox apps no problem and play any other game with my account but just not gears5. I tried to click change profile but the same error message just pops atraihht back up.

    This is really frustrating as I paid 100AUD for this game and I cannot even play it !!

    Also tried running it offline with no connection to the internet and it just does the same thing...

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!.

    I can only contact a virtual assistant and is completely useless. Does not understand my problem . I have been trying to dig up a support email adress so I can send them a email describing my problem. But im not having any luck. I don't spose you know the
    email?

    Who should I contact for support ? Honestly don't know what to do now 🤷‍♂️

    I am having the EXACT same issue and it's now the end of November and I have tried absolutely everything under the sun besides calling Microsoft. I don't even know if this is able to even be resolved by them. Please let me know if you're still going through
    it or if you found a solution PLEASE HELP :)
