    Please make sure that your PC has no pending updates. If all looks good then try downloading the game using the Store App from the Start menu

    Do you have any third party antivirus software installed on the computer? If so try disabling it and then try the download again.

    Make sure the game has proper permissions to launch, follow this article to enable administrative permissions: App
    Permissions - Windows 10    .
