Gears 4 Xbox One literally unplayable. Freezing, skipping and more. HELP

at least you can play the game! Mine is literally unplayable.

and not in the sense "this frame rate is so bad the game is unplayable." no literally the game won't load, items dissappear, zombies invisible, falling through the floor, black screen freeze etc, that kind of unplayable

Are you using computer or the console ? Gears of war classic collection you got by buying gears of war 4 are unplayable on the computer, you can only play on the xbox one or xbox 360.

Xbox one multiplayer is unplayable constantly freezing. Game completely crashes . Campaign will not even load up

Thanks for reaching out to us! We understand it can be frustrating when games do not work the way they should. So, Gears of War 4 loads but returns back to the dashboard or does it return to the beginning of the game start menu? Is it just Gears of War 4
that does this action or does this happen with other games as well?

Nah its literally unable to load the main menu because it gets stuck on downloading playlists for public matches. If you wait 10-15 minutes you get through it, but if you play the game it constantly freezes and is unplayable. Both Gears 3 and Gears Judgment
have this issue, and people on twitter are starting to post it so its not just me. Reinstall does nothing, power cycling the console etc, its gotta be server side.

Just sucks cause I bought the game and the season pass and have never used it till finally getting up to it in my backlog and these issues are there and making it unplayable.

Hopefully enough people complain and a fix is done. Like I said people on twitter are starting complain to epic, xboxsupport and the coaltion so fingers crossed for the moment.
