Gears 4 wont start on PC or xbox one. I own the 100$ game. whats wrong?

bro me to. Like out of no where. one second I was playing it. quit the game. I tried to start it and same error. and xbox doesnt even have the error code on file that the game gives us for xbox errorhelp. And this wont start on PC either. I own this 100$
game.. Let me play!!!!

Don't fret, all Xbox Play Anywhere games such as Gears of War 4 play on both Xbox One and Windows 10 PC. First, make sure your Windows 10 PC has been fully updated with the Anniversary Update. You can find Windows updates by searching 'Check for updates'
within the Start menu.

Once you've done that, open the Windows Store and navigate to the Gears of War 4 product page to install the game. You must be signed into the same Microsoft Account that owns the Gears of War 4 license to be able to download and install the game on Windows
10.

Well, I downloaded the entire 133gb and 25 hours later ... it was *only* gears 4. Still no Geras 5. IF I visit the Gears 5 store page, it says I own the game. But when I try and install it from there, I get a "looks like you don't have any applicable devices
linked" error. Very frustrating! It says I own the game, but won't let me install it. But it installed Gears 4 fine. Its as if Gears 5 is the Xbox console version, but not PC. Anybody know whats going on?

Gears 2 and i wont lie i did boost from 95-100 and i felt bad at first till i remembered i got resseted 4 times.

Been playin BFBC2 and MK9, might start up GTA SA later tonight

If you are still getting the "unable to verify game ownership"
error, uninstall Minecraft Dungeons and manually re-install it on your computer. When the download and installation processes finish, click "Play." If the game doesn't start, keep
pressing "Try again" until the game starts.
