    Bought Gears 4 last month and still have not received any codes for the other games. In addition I've redeemed at least 2 operations packs and 1 rockstar pack (codes show as redeemed if I re-enter them) but none of them have shown up under the store tab
    in gears 4? Apparently these are both common issues... is there anything I can do or just wait and hope it'll be fixed?

    No legacy Gears of war codes Since I redeemed GOW4 UE code

    I've have been waiting as well, I bought mine from the MS online store. I bought the 1 TB version but still have not received the codes for the legacy collection.

    I also redeemed the code for the Gears of War 4 game.

    i contacted Xbox support on twitter, and this was the response

    "Thanks for reaching out! The Gears Collection codes should arrive within 30 days after you redeemed the code for Gears 4”

    Personally, I think it a pile of bull crap, and they just want to shut me up, but hey, I shall give it 30 days.

    It's now been 16days 😞 and still no games

    you don't get a code for judgement with gears of war 4

    That promo ended last year and wasn't included in the packages they were sent out later

    Those would be dlc packs included with gears 4

    Can you show an ad where it was included ?

    If it is the gears collection then no that wasnt includes and ended last year

    The Gears of War Operations Pack Codes are single use codes so they are only able to be used by the account that redeems the code. If your wife has not redeemed the code, you can write it down and redeem it on your account. If she has redeemed it on her
    account already, we are unable to further assist as codes cannot be transferred between accounts.

    Hopefully it is the former and not the latter but let us know. :)

    You would have received the correct codes. As it states in the game's description: For a limited time, purchase and redeem your copy of Gears of War 4 and get the entore Xbox 360 Gears of War collection for use on Xbox One!

    So the codes are meant for console use not, Windows use. Gears 4 is the only one that's available in the Windows Store, so there would not be a way to download the 360 collection through Windows.

    I'm in the Uk, using a PAL console, my account region has been changed to UK (EU) a while back.

    I appreciate the assistance but I'm still confused as this was part of a game collection. I was able to redeem Gears 1, Gears 2, Gears Judgment using the same xbox one here in the same region where I unlocked the other codes from the same collection.

    How is it that this is a region error when I have redeemed 3 out of 4 codes from the same collection?
