Gears 4 codes not working

I bought the physical copy of gears 4 and tried to redeem the codes for the first 4 games. 2 and Judgement worked fine but for 1 and 3 I got an error saying "something went wrong sorry about that give it a try later". It seems a lot of people have been experiencing
this problem. Microsoft fix this!

I got the 4 codes for the Gears of War collection that came free from purchasing Xbox One S 1TB Gears of War 4. But Gears of War 1 and Gears of War 3 codes are not working.

 

I have the same problem!! Only with the GoW 1 and 3.

 

To redeem those specific codes your account region must reflect your actual region under my account and change my region

Then change your console

 

I changed my region on my microsoft account and on my xbox one to Israel and it still showed the same message

 

I redeemed the codes off of xbox.com and they worked. Problem solved. Thanks to everyone who helped on the forum!

Can you please double check that your Xbox Live account and your physical region match and then try again?

I bought the digital ultimate edition of Gears 4 and I hav not received any codes for the 360 collection yet myself.

Those codes are being sent out in waves. If you don't receive them 7-10 days after the date you redeemed your code for Gears of War 4, please post up a new thread and we'll look into it for you then.
