Gears 3 asking for gamepass

this is microsoft bugs

we need with microsoft fixed it.

if you need play god3 on xbox one now,

and you are game pass user,

you can play god3 with game pass,

if your game pass list have not god3 too,

you can change your xbox one to 'United States' .

Gears of War 3 is still missing from Owned Games Library. I haven’t got a GamePass, though.

Hi, this might happen if the game is region locked. there's nothing much you can do. you should ask for a refund.

Thanks for the reply Denis. I can't get a refund as Amazon don't give them for digital downloads.

How can we be sure that it's region locked? I'm aware of that happening with Gears of War 3 but I managed to get around it with the Gamepass as a temporary solution.
