Gears 2 xbox live will not play

Discus and support Gears 2 xbox live will not play in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Whenever we sign in my wife’s profile on Gears 2 - game freezes…and make a harsh noise. Ideas?     Gears 2 xbox live will not play


    Whenever we sign in my wife’s profile on Gears 2 - game freezes…and make a harsh noise. Ideas?

    Xbox one. 2 Profiles. I can play Gear2 Horde online.. she used to play with me. We started again playing this game but now we can’t play because as soon as it connects her Xbox live sign-in…. Freezes up game.

    Other games unaffected it seems. We can play other 360 games together online -like Doritos Crash Course.

    Reformatted Console to factory and reinstalled just Gears 2 and re-downloaded DLC and Xbox live profiles redownloaded when we signed in.. but same… Her profile freezes game. Tried only her profile signed into XboxOne and she started up game… but again…her 360 login freezes game.

    Stumped?

    I didn't receive my Gears Of War collection THAT I PAID FOR when I purchased the G.O.W. 4...

    The fine print says that "to qualify [for Gears of War, Gears of War 2, Gears of War 3 and Gears of War: Judgment] purchase and play Gears of War 4 on Xbox Live by 31 December 2016. Must be 17+" -- Have you played Gears 4 on Xbox Live yet? :)

    So do not come to the codes on the clothing collection of Gears of War for backward compatibility

    GoW Ultimate Edition collection?

    I have Gears of war 1, 3 and Judgment, but Gears of War 2 isn't available in my "ready to install" list, unlike the other items, I have looked at the Xbox Live Market place and Gears of War 2 just says "Bundle Only". I have bought and played Gears of War
    Ultimate Edition from Day one, so why is just Gears of War 2 missing?
