    Hi everyone, if you miss the original gears of war horde mode and think it is dead, then think again!! There is a lot of people that still play this horde privately. I have set up a club that is trying to bring these players together. Search for Gears 2
    horde. Here you will find old school insane players willing to advise and help even new players to this game. Over 18's only. Apart from this one rule, everybody is welcome. Hope to get some HC and Insane games going with you all real soon!!

    Join in progress mode

    From my experience I'm pretty sure in Gears 3, in matchmaking Horde, you can only join in session to freinds and recent players. Whenever you search for a match you are always put into lobby then wave 1. Whenever someone quits your Horde, they will only
    be replaced by friends or recent players.

    This would be the same as Gears 2 ranked Horde. In Gears 2 social horde there was join in session for anybody.

    It should work on private horde. I used to level up via private horde on Gears 2.
