gears 2 download didnt work

when i purchased gears 4 i received downloads for the other gears games but gears 2 did not work

gears of war games

so i finally got my gears of war 1,2,3 and judgement from purchasing gears 4 and gears 1 and 2 counted as 2 codes and the gears of war 2 download didnt work but i got the gears 3 and judgement to work.. but gears 1 and 2 counted as 1 code and gears 2 code
didnt work. says already redeemed **** is this?.

Gears of War: Ultimate Edition Online token Codes.

3 out of my 4 token codes to download Gears of War, 2, 3 & judgment didnt work. Only the Gears of War 2 worked just fine. When itry to redem the other codes i get an error with the message "Something went wrong" and nothing else. I had a chat with costumer
servide or support and they said i had to post here to get an answer.

it says the code has already been redeemed

If it didn't say that the first time you redeemed it then it should still be on your account. Go to my games and apps then ready to install to find the game and try redownloading it.

Also, which country do you live in please and is your gamertag set for the same country?

I preordered Unravel also in 8 feb. but didnt recive a code yet

And also the codes for gears of war for preordering the ultimate eddition

I recived 4 codes 2 worked and 2 didnt worked :GOW 1 and GOW 3 , it say when try to redeem it: something went wrong .
