Gears 1 remake coming soon

DOC the game may not even come to xbox one its just rumours

 

I know Ghostz, as I said in an older posts... If the game does come (as it is just rumors) it would be awesome. And if it does come (I should have said above) they most certainly bring back the MP.

 

Confirmed according to this with people from Kotaku playing MP test build, seems dodgy to me with the game modes listed, Team freaking Deathmatch can kiss my backside, give me Warzone or cancel the project you blithering apes!!

Gears was my favorite experience from the last gen. Pretty amazing since it came out at the beginning. This can't happen soon enough for me, I currently don't own a single game for my One lol. Warzone is a huge omission but I'll take what I can get. Honestly,
there is nothing coming this fall that will trump this for me except maybe RB6, maybe.

^ Seriously? What you don't believe that someone is not going to want to play a different game that is not going to be remastered?

Because I know that the 2 games I want remastered have already been shot down by BioWare. Dragon Age: Origins and Dragon Age 2

 

Here's something crazy, I've owned the game and the sequel since it came out and only played for 5 minutes. Same with Uncharted on the PS3, It's not that I didn't want to, it's just that I bought too many games. Sure remakes are getting old, but I'll probably
play it this time just like The Last of Us and the Walking dead. I think there is a place for remasters now we are in x86 world, I bet I'm not the only 1 that has bought a game twice and only played the 2nd release. Though Alchemist Don has a valid point about
BC, I'd still be able to play the original up scaled.

 

BC would be great but we don't have it. Was it a deliberate ploy so they could sell remasters who knows? Personally I would rather have my fave all time games actually remastered so I can enjoy an enhanced version.

 

Full price release no doubt, then there will be remasters of gears 2 and 3 at full price. Just stop and give us Gears 4. If anyone wants to play gears 1 they can right now on a 360.

People say graphics dont matter but the only difference is it will be shinier version of the same game yet people will jump all over this? If graphics dont matter dust off the 360 and enjoy the game.

 

No I want shinier versions of my favourite games. And as a bonus I can then get rid of my 360. Of course graphics matter. And Gears 4 is being developed by Black Tusk so the remake makes absolutely no difference to that whatsoever.

So how come you didn't dust of your 360 copy of GTA5 but went and bought a shinier copy on the One???

 

GTA has 1st person mode and larger MP matches. I also sold my 360 copy long before i got a XO.

Plus i am not one of those that say graphics dont matter.

It doesnt affect gears 4?? Bet they wont release it whilst they can milk the remasters.

 

Supposition on your part regarding release, a new release would probably stimulate interest in the older versions just as much as it could the other way around. Black Tusk aren't going to sit on a AAA title whilst another developer fannies around with
re releases. And whos to say the GOW release wont have some new whistles and bells in animations, cut scenes, MP all good for a fan of the series like myself.

 

Imagine if the re-release would be backwards compatible with the original game while playing online (much like Happy Wars)? That is to say, online players on the 360 will get to play with/against online players who have the One edition.
