Gears 1 and 3 codes not working

Discus and support Gears 1 and 3 codes not working in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have been sent download codes for Gears of War 1,2,3 and Judgment after buying an xbox one with gears 4.     Gears 1 and 3 codes not working


    I have been sent download codes for Gears of War 1,2,3 and Judgment after buying an xbox one with gears 4. The codes for Gears 2 and Judgment worked fine, but the codes for Gears 1 and 3 claim I am in the wrong region, and give an error if I attempt to enter
    the codes in via browser.

    I live in the UK and my Xbox and Gears 4 were purchased in the UK. I can't understand why I am receiving a region error.

    code 1 and 3 not working

    I got the 4 codes for the Gears of War collection that came free from purchasing Xbox One S 1TB Gears of War 4. But Gears of War 1 and Gears of War 3 codes are not working.

    Hey there -

    Pop over to your >>Microsoft Commerce<< account and be sure that you have a proper billing account listed. Once you do that, try redeeming your codes
    again and see if that works.

    Keep us posted. Gears 1 and 3 codes not working :)

    Hi,

    Xbox customer support also sent me here because I'm having the same problem with Gears 1 and 3 codes not working. I played GOW ultimate edition online before the dec. 31st deadline, and the gears 2 and judgement codes work , but 1 and 3 keep giving error
    messages.

    Codes for gears 2 and judgement work fine but for gears 1 and 3 give that same error.

    Couldnt get a gold lancer. Can anyone help?

    I got mine from having the gold lancer in gears 1 from the dlc code, not sure if the codes still work but if you could find a gears 2 gold lancer code, it should unlock the gears 3 gold lancer
