Gears 1-3 free promotion for buying gears 4

I didnt get a resolution on my last post. I purchased the gears of war 4 ultimate edition console bundle and never received any codes for the xbox 360 games as advertised. I spoke with a suport rep by chat and they told me i should post on here. Please
help.

Gears of war 4 not giving gears of war 1-3 codes when code was redeemed.

never got the gears of war 1-3 downloadable content when i purchased gears of war 4 even though its a promotion thats going on until december where you get gears of war 1-3 free when you purchase and redeem your gears of war 4 digital copy.

To qualify for this promotion, you just need to purchase and/or redeem Gears of War 4 on Xbox Live by December 31, 2016. The game tokens for download will be sent in waves through Xbox Live in-dash message system within one month of redemption/purchase of
Gears of War 4. So the codes will appear, they just are being sent out in waves. If you're not seeing the codes after 30 days from when you first played, please create a new post and we'd be happy to take a closer look into this. You can find more information

The website you're linking to is actually for the Gears of War: Ultimate Edition promotion and not the actual promotion for Gears of War 4. You can find more info on that promotion

HERE. To clarify, only codes for the Backward Compatible titles are sent. There is no promotion that offers the Remastered Ultimate Edition currently.
