Geara of War 4 BETA code not working???

I have recieved my gears of war 4 beta code and it is saying it has already been used. Xbox support Janet sent me here so i can get a new code through.

hello. I was told by support chat to request a copy of my email from my xbox console about game redeemable codes. I was mid redeeming a code and was going back to the message to activate another when I accidentally deleted it. If you're able to resend that
msg or a new one that'd be great. Pls and thank you!
