Gear of Wars ultimate Edition Offer Issue

I bought a Xbox One 1T with Gear Of Wars Ultimate Edition I already contacted Xbox One Customer Service and I still haven't got the code for gears of wars collection and I've purchased Gears of Wars console. Thi is my SR number:

I can't access gear of wars ultimate edition on my new xbox

i bought a new Xbox one gear of wars ultimate edition. I can't find the code anywhere. Can someone please give us access?

I purchased Xbox One 1TB with Gear of Wars Ultimate Edition game bundle but still didn't received the redeemable code for the editions 1,2,3 and the Judgement. It's been more than a month. Please fix it asap.

 

After further investigation, we've determined that you are not eligible for the promotion for one of these following reasons:

• You must have played Gears of War: Ultimate Edition while connected to Xbox Live before Dec. 31st 2015. If you played after that date, you will not qualify for this offer.
  
• If you are located in Japan, Germany, or China, you do not qualify for this promotion. Additionally, if you are located in a non Xbox Live supported region, you will not qualify. For a list of supported Xbox Live regions, please check our Xbox
  Live Countries page.

I’m not agree with the decision you guys made, I played the Gear of Wars game 1 week after I bought the console on black Friday, that means I started playing the first week of December before the cut off.

Can you please double check your records and reconsider your decision.
