Gear of wars 3 error

I am in Canada and not able to download gear of wars 1 , getting invalid regain and purchase mismatched error,

return error time stamp is showing UK region time , I modified region settings in xbox as well as Microsoft account , but still my problem not resolved by xbox support, since one month I am follow-up with them , just doing west of time,

if any one has solution of this issue please reply
