Gear of Wars 3 code not working

I have received the Gears of Wars promotional codes. I was able to download Gears of Wars 2 and Judgement, but i am not able to download GOW 3. I chatted with Jake M from support and he told me the code is active.

Never recieved the promotion codes for Gears of War 1,2,3, Judgement, request #: [Mod Removed]

I purchased the 2tb Xbox One S Gears of Wars Limited Edition and have not received my download codes for any of the Xbox 360 games, Gear of War, Gear of War 2, Gear of War 3, and Gear of War: Judgement. I was told to post here by online chat (Paolo F.)
which also provided me a request number: 1372591356

 

Gear of War 1 & 3 code not working

bought the hard copy of the game about a month ago but on 2 of the 4 codes worked. gears of war 1 & 3 code not working. GAMERTAG -

 

It shows a message that says something went wrong. Its not redeeming successfully the game.
