Gear of war360 collection on holiday bunle 1TB

i have purchase holiday bundle on 30th dec,suppose received the code within 10day mean 8th jan but nothing received after 11day.i look to your support on 8th jan 6.42pm,she telling me code will be sent to me within 24hrs but now26hrs nothing received.

No Xbox 360 Gears of war collection yet

I purchased the XBox One 1TB Gears of War Holiday bundle from Microsoft Singapore online store. I was supposed to receive the 360 GOW collection, but after more than a month, still no redemption code. chat support suggested that I make a post here. Would
appreciate any help on this.

Gears for XB1

I think we could see a Gears collection announced at E3 2015 for holiday 2015, then the next Gears game will be out in holiday 2016.
