gear of war 4- gear of war 2 code dont work

hi everybody, i got a big problem i did buy gear of war 4 in a shop , and i wanted to install the other gear of war offers with the game , so i did try to instal the other and everything were good until i try to install gear of war 2 it gave me an error
message who said that the password were already used , which it isnt possible , since i just tried to install it now by the way it gave me also this message "

if someone could give me an answer and if the support could send me a new code to dl gear of war i would be very grateful because idk what to do.

can you check the Ready to Install section just to check the Game isn't available to install.

If it isn't there I would advise to contact official Xbox Support by Phone or Microsoft Support Chat.

They should be able to do a more indepth check into an issue like this.

hey ,

i did check the ready to install there is still nothing , perhaps it says that the code is already used , i did call the shop and i need to go there to get a new code but it not sure yet , by the i did use the microsoft support to get here , and call on
phone will make me pay more than the game himself , i will try to contact the microsoft support chat to see if there is a solution.

Hi, I did receive my 4 redeem codes, however the codes for the original gears of war and gears of war 3 did not work, and do not work until today, I always get the code Xbos-0X80150017.

The codes for gears of war 2 and judgement did work though.

The website you're linking to is actually for the Gears of War: Ultimate Edition promotion and not the actual promotion for Gears of War 4. You can find more info on that promotion

HERE. To clarify, only codes for the Backward Compatible titles are sent. There is no promotion that offers the Remastered Ultimate Edition currently.
