Gear of war 2 freeze on Xbox one freezing

for the last week every time I try to load in for gear of war to with this account it freezes , I have try to uninstall and re installed the game , clear all local game saving , clear all gear of war 2 saving , any nothing works , one the game attempts to
sysncronis with the cloud it freezes but if I log in with my second account I have no issues.

Does your XBOX360 freeze?

I faced screen freeze problem 2 or 3 times, and it was because of the faulty game discs. But there are some other reasons that make your screen freeze while playing. Overheating is a most common reason. You may have a look in this article that explains it- Xbox Freezing Solutions.

I'm having issues on Gears Of War 2 on the Xbox one, on act 3, chapter 5, it freezes.

i don't know any ways to fix this i have tried everything and my game still freezes i bought the gears of war 4 xbox and love gears of war and rn i can't play gears of war 2

Yes, I have 2 new good looking copies of gears 2 and just yesterday was playing it on my brother's xbox 360.

Then today I played a bit of it before deciding to update the 360, but then after the update his xbox began freezing on gears 2 just like my 360.

I tested all my other games (a fairly large collection) with both xboxes to make sure that they worked, and all but gears 2 was fine.

Even gears of war 1 and gears of war 3 work. Only gears 2 freezes.

I don't know what to do besides contact you guys about it, I really love gears of war 2 and not being able to play it anymore is devastating.
