Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have question on repair. If you already requested an exchange and gave you a service number. Then you will get an email on how to ship your controller in. If only two days old, why not try going back
to where you purchased the controller. Most places have a 5 day return policy. If you contact support you will need to provide them with the first service number you got so they can assist that case which should be the request for exchange.

i contacted the retailer before contacting support and they directed me to support who then sent me here, this is just going round in circles
