Good, I can not ask for Service and Repair devices for xbox one s.am requested one time but no mail came in. Because of this I canceled the request.acum when they wanted to ask again but once again can not.inbaria mia is how can repair the console faster,

Controller broken after update

My controller broke after taken the update that microsoft clearly knows about , but does not give a warning before you take the update , i called customer support and they said that my garanty was passed and that the wont replace or fix it and that it was
my own problem. I answerd that this realy makes me think less about them. Give a warning before the update or be a gentleman and fix the problem by repairing or replacing my controller.
