bonjour je me permette de poser cette question voila j ai un défaut sur ma manette élite 2 est je tente un remplacement de manette mais on me demande un code sur la manette composé d une suit de 10 chiffres puis 6 chiffres mais ce numéro est introuvable
savez vous ou je peut le trouvé svp ????

Hello DnNelte,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Was the Xbox that you purchased brand new? The warranty activation date will start on the date it was first purchased. If this console was used, the date would have started when it was first purchased originally.

If you did purchase this brand new, then I recommend
contacting Xbox support with your receipt to go over any possible options they may have for you.
