mois que je n arrive a joindre personne chez Microsoft Xbox !téléphone message personne ne répond et ma garantie ce termine dans 1 mois lol. Que faire ?

la manette défectueuse a étais acheté avec un pack ( inclue dans la xbox ) , la limite de garantie de 90 jours est elle aussi effective dans ce ce cas?
