Garantie Controller xbox one x

Beste,

Ik probeer het via deze manier want via de site is het onmogelijk mijn toestel te registreren wegens technisch defect van jullie kant .

Ik heb op 18 Mei 2018 een Xbox One X gekocht met 2 controllers bij Mediamarkt . Nu is één van deze defect aan de linker thumbstick. De stick blijft naar rechts ( de richting ) contact geven terwijl de thumbstick mooi rechtop staat . De controller is amper
8 maanden oud en amper gebruikt en beschikt over de juiste software , heeft volle batterijen en wordt altijd netjes opgeborgen. Defect? Hoe spreek ik mijn garantie aan voor herstelling of vervanging en wie moet ik contacteren ?

Omdat je console onder de garantie valt en ook de controllers (in de VS is de garantie op de controller 90 dagen maar in de EU vind ik het ook 1 jaar), registreer je console hier eerst via serienummer

en vervolgens "start een serviceorder" en kies vervolgens dat uw controller gerepareerd is.
U registreert eerst de console en vervolgens voert u een reparatieorder uit op de controller - u registreert de controller nergens.

Als je dit niet op die website kunt doen, neem dan contact op met xbox-ondersteuning in een livechat om een reparatie aan te maken:

Since your console is under warranty and the controllers too (in the USA the warranty on the controller is 90 days but in the EU I think it's 1 year as well), please first register your console here via serial number

https://support.microsoft.com/devices and then "start a service order" and then choose your controller to have repaired. You register the console first and then you do a repair order on the controller - you don't register the controller anywhere.

i have it the same problem but in the past week i go to best buy and change the controller with the garanty

Well if your controller is still on garanty, send it to microsoft, if not you should sent it to a 3party consols reparing place

sorry to hear of your controller problem but at the moment something is "LOST IN TRANSLATION!!!"

So maybe you can give us mor Information. Have you tried to connect the controller via USB to your XBOX. Is your controller Uptodate??

If you do not know how: Update controller

Did you register your Xbox One console online at Microsoft Device Support???

You first need to make sure that you register your Xbox One console online at
Microsoft Device Support because without doing that first, you won't be able to create a service order for your controller. If you continue to get errors after doing that, then you need to try using different devices or different browsers to create the
order online.

If for whatever reason you still cannot create the order from home, then you will need to contact Xbox Customer Support to help you because we cannot create service orders on the forums.

Select show contact options and go to step 4
Select Request a call from Support if available within hours of operation or there should be a number for you to call and hours of operation for your region
