La consola no a sido reconstruida, no había tenido ningún fallo con ella, hasta hace 1 semana.

Apenas va a cumplir los 10 meses que tengo la consola.

No se si tenga que llevar mi consola a la tienda donde lo compre, o que debo hacer?

En la pagina para solicitar la garantía de mi Xbox dice que esta fuera de esta.

Con tu ticket de compra puedes comprobar cuando la compraste y hacer valida tu garantia, a menos que sea una consola reconstruida, en la cual la garantia es solo de 3 meses, te dejo este link con mas info.

Thanks for your replies. If you have questions about the warranty on your Xbox console, then you may wish to request a call back or chat from Xbox Support so that they can look into the warranty on your Xbox directly to let you know your options.

Try this:

Log into Support.Xbox.com
Scroll down, Click on
Contact Us
Step 2 : Select a Category, then See other options
Step 3 : Select your Issue/Topic – warranty, service & repair
- Select - Show contact options
- Select – Call me back or chat with Xbox Support

If you do not see the selection that you wish to use for contact, then switch topics until it becomes available.

as far as I know a newly bought console should stil be in warranty after 10 months, but to be sure you will have to contact Xbox Support via Phone (or Chat) they will be able to check some things and help you set up a repair request.
