in order to set up a repair for a controller please go to:
https://support.microsoft.com/devices/

select the Console and then select Accessory after that you can specify a Special Edition controller and continue to set up a repair request.

This will also show if there is warranty on the controller or not etc.

The xbox elite hands down, but I do really want this PUBG one as a second controller!
