Boa tarde!

Possuo o Controle Elite 1 e já vai completar 5 anos, o acessório nunca apresentou problemas de funcionamento, melhor controle que já possui, unica ressalva foi que com mais ou menos 1 ano ele começou a soltar as borrachas laterais, mas de resto funciona
muito bem até hoje, só agora que começou a apresentar alguns probleminhas de botão apertando sozinho e analógicos indo pra direita e/ou esquerda sozinho também. Então, comprei em Novembro de 2019 o
Controle Elite 2 em viagem aos EUA, registrei no site da Microsoft e foi-me apresentado a garantia até 04/2020, agora no mês 02/2020 notei o botão RT com um ringido estranho e também com dificuldade para descer quando pressionado, não tá mais
com a mesma sensibilidade de antes, se comparado com o LT que é o mesmo botão só que do lado esquerdo. Entrei em contato com o Suporte Microsoft BR e me repassaram que eles não dão suporte para este produto por não vender nem no Brasil ainda, que eu teria
que entrar em contato com o suporte Americano deles para ver se conseguiria algum retorno positivo. Achei meio estranho já que a garantia é mundial e no ato do registro do produto no site, ele já me apresenta os meses que terei de garantia, enfim, tentei entrar
em contato com o suporte EUA mas não obtive sucesso no contato. Teria algum link ou outro meio que eu consiga esse retorno? Grato!!!

com o Suporte gringo, consegui com o BR que foi justamente por telefone, quando clico em Contact Us ele me manda para uma outra página para seguir um passo a passo do meu problema, em seguida aparecem as opções de contato, o único Chat que me é disponibilizado
é com um Agente Virtual, não resolve nada. Pelo visto irei continuar com o problema no meu produto até ele piorar ou quebrar de vez. Inaceitável completamente um produto Premium desses com pouco tempo de utilizado já apresentar esse tipo de problema que o
