GamePass Ultimate is Gamepass and Gold together. You did not loose your Gold in the 1st place. It was combined with Ganepass.

You can contact support to see if they can assist you with this issue. As we in the forums do not have access to the system.

Well first gamepass for console only provides access to games from ganepass not multiplayer

Core only gives you 40 games plus multiplayer access however jt is cheaper to upgrade to ultimate instead of core and gamepass for console separately

Basically you purchased a gold code or ganepass ultimate fron another region?

Subscription codes are region locked to prevent people from cheating the system to get cheaper keys

No as you cant usr a canadain code on a us account as they are region locked

You would have to address the third party seller

Just to clarify some more first is that i dont own an xbox when i upgraded to ultimate the fine print said only those previously sub to ultimate would not be eligible but i only had the pc ganepass for 1$ that came with a Spotify code then i went to ultimate
for the other codes and 1$ sub
