Gammer Score not updating

i noticed this yesterday i got 205 points but my score did not move at all i then played a game this morning and got a 60 point achivo the score moved i signed on later it was still at the old score 71,675 being im linked to true achievements and i get
my score updated with them i should be at 71,960. why is this happening? are we do for a update? or is it a glitch being worked on? please help me out. Xbox one slim is the console im using as well

When i was little a was stupid and had a friend mod my gamerscore and i want it reset.

Hope fuly i can get it back to my legit score but if not zero gammer score would be better than an fake one.

 

NFL Scores not updating

Working for me so far. I had it give me an "information not available" response once when I tried to snap it up, but unsnapping the app and re snapping it got it back in order.

 

just got another achivo and it went up too 72,020 and changed tho we will see what happens when i log in tomorrow

 

my xbox shows 72,020 tho the app says im at 71,675, and the latest achievement i got not on the feed at all what is going on

 

Hi Scott,

I would recommend
removing and adding the Microsoft account back onto Xbox One since it is not updating the Gamerscore. If that does not work then please check out the following link:

Side Note: please make sure to double check what email is being used with the gamertag before removing it from the console.

Settings > System > Settings > Account > Sign-in, security & passkey > Show on Home

well did what you said my score was 72,020 just got another achivo should be at 72,080 but instead it went down to 71,675 this def has to be on xbox side cause i have never seen this happen b4 please xbox what is going on

I have the same problem. I unlock an achievement, gamerscore will update on console, then sometime later my gamerscore goes back to what I had a few days ago. Checked on Xbox. com and my score was correct. Have done all the suggested fixes but nothing
works. Getting really aggravated with this. Tired of watching my gamerscore go backwards. Has to be a problem with Xbox live. Instead of coming out with a new console in a couple years, how about getting this one to work right?

Thanks for the reply! Sounds like the consoles could benefit from a
soft factory reset (while keeping games and apps). Give it a shot and let us know how it goes!
