    Gaming UI pop up freezes & prevents some games from starting & unlocking achievements.


    I can't click let's play button on Gaming UI. I launched Xbox gaming service from taskbar & it's showing we couldn't sign you in to Xbox Live (0x80070057). I managed to play some games without Gaming UI but it didn't unlock few achievements for me.

    This issue could be due to missing/corrupt drivers or missing updates; Therefore, I suggest you to try some basic trying steps, such as clearing the cache and data, reinstalling the app as well as restarting your device. Also, please check for any updates as it might also cause the issue.

    Achievements not unlocking

    There was an issue that was preventing achievements from unlocking. It had been resolved however it may take a few days for your achievements to pop.

    Same here, started at some point after the Feb update. No notification for achievements unlocking. The achievements appear unlocked when you manually look for them, but no pop-up. Weird. Fix it Microsoft.
