Gaming services won't install/download

Every time an Edge Windows 10 update happens I lose Microsoft deluxe soletaire collection. Was told in the past to remove and reinstall... Now get an error message unable to connect to internet to download. Can I get a refund for the years fee I just paid for as Google Chrome is looking better everyday !

Tried all of these an none of them worked!

I found the gaming services is not installed and I it's installation won't start at all, either by windows store or by xbox app. Even tried the solution involving PowerShell posted on other posts and the download didn't start.

Update:

Gaming services has installed but MSFS won't install still.
