Gaming Services trouble

When I start age of empires IV it redirects me on the gaming services page on microsoft store, I've tried everything (uninstall re install both the game and the app, reinstall microsoft store ecc,). but still having the issue.

Open RegEdit as an administrator and delete the following Services:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\GamingServices]

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\GamingServicesNet]

Reboot PC

Install gaming service like you would normally

They can make adjustments to your router settings to fit the service

On the Xbox360 console, when you try to make a change in Billing Information under Account Management, it will show you the parental account.

Clearing the cache or modem did not work

it once again gave me

Please start by resetting your parental account password. If that does not work and your still getting a loop or giving you an error,
please reach out to the Microsoft Account team here as this is a Microsoft account issue and not something that anyone on Xbox
