Gaming services required but doesnt download?

I had the same issues on the 15th, then it broke again today. The suggested soluition doesnt fix it this time

First, check for Windows updates and get all available updates from the Microsoft Store.

Once everything is updated, check via PC Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Find "Gaming services" if you could still find it. If it's still there, try to uninstall it or try commands below:
Select the Search icon on the taskbar, type powershell, right-click on Windows PowerShell, and then select Run as administrator.

In Windows PowerShell, type the following command and press Enter:

get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers

In the same window, type the following command and press Enter:

start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN

Install the app on that page and select Yes when you receive the User Account Control (UAC) prompt.
Restart your device.

the game services doesnt download,it gets stuck on 1% and then fails after some time

i did all that but the powershell thing still gives me an error and gaming services is still undownloadable and the launcher download still doesnt work
