Type CMD in the search bar;

Right-click on the Command Prompt option;

Click on Run as Administrator option;

Then run the commands below, press Enter at the end of each line ok? :

ipconfig /release <Enter>

ipconfig /renew <Enter>

ipconfig /flushdns <Enter>

ipconfig /registerdns <Enter>

nbtstat -rr <Enter>

netsh int ip reset all <Enter>

netsh winsock reset <Enter>

1.On the desktop, simultaneously press Windows + R keys to open Run;

2. In run, type cleanmgr and click OK to open Disk Cleanup;

3. In the Disk Cleanup window, select the C: drive (if prompted) and click OK;

4. In the Disk Cleanup for Windows 10 window, select the checkboxes of the presented files and click Clean System Files.

5. After cleaning, check the unchecked checkboxes again and click OK>Delete Files.

How to Roll Back Windows 10 to a Previous Version of Windows

To go back to a previous version of Windows, do the following:



If your computer is unplugged, make sure you plug it into the wall outlet and click Next.



Click Start and type "recovery".



Select Recovery Options (System Setup).



Under Recovery, select Go Back to Windows [X], where [X] is the previous version of Windows.



Select a reason for the reversal, then click Next.



Click Back to Windows [X].



Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the rollback.

When the rollback is complete, the computer will boot into the previous version of Windows. If you used a password to log in in the previous version of Windows, you will need that password to log in.

Okay, I did the first step and then downloaded gaming services again, but now once I download gaming services it still says I need to download gaming services, so I cannot download any games. Very odd.

I know it is frustrating to have to do this and that a couple of different ways and them not really feel like they're doing anything, that's just how we find out what solution sticks for the issue.

I read the troubleshooting steps that you had done so far including powercycling and checking your network connection but for this issue, I would totally refer to our support site and see if the steps here on

Troubleshoot game or app installation problems on Xbox One. When you get a chance, maybe try those steps out and see if they help.
