Gaming Services error 1060

Try to repair the Microsoft Store and Apps. Launch powershell > Set-ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted. Kindly select (Yes to All) then enter:

Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

Restart your PC to make sure all changes are saved then try restarting gaming services again. If it persists, you can also perform an in-place upgrade. You can check the links below to download the installation media for Windows.

Please also make sure all the required services are running to solve Xbox app sync issues on Windows.

Open the Start menu, search Services then open Services. Scroll down the list and find all of the Xbox entries (they are near the bottom).
Gaming Services (There are 2 of them)
Xbox Accessory Management Service
Xbox Live Auth Manager
Xbox Live Game Save
Xbox Live Networking Service
When you find them right-click on them and select Start. If you can see that they are already running you can skip them.

I've managed to start all of them except one of the gaming services, that one still gives me "Error 1060: The specified service does not exist as an installed service." whenever I try to start it.

Sorry to hear about your issue. Kindly check if you have any pending updates using this link https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-downlo... or select Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update , and then select Check for updates.

If there's nothing pending, kindly right-click the Start button on your taskbar, and then select Windows Terminal (Admin). In the Administrator: Windows PowerShell screen, type the following command and press Enter:

Get-AppxPackage *gamingservices* -allusers | remove-appxpackage

I've done both and the same issue still persists.
