Gaming services don’t work?

I have been searching all over the web for solutions and I’ve tried everything from graphics drivers to updates to uninstalling and reinstalling, but yet I still get the *GamingServicesUI.exe* message that won’t close or open if I try to and is preventing me from playing some games from the Microsoft store and Xbox app. I’ve ran power shell several times, reset the Xbox app, deleting and reinstalling gaming services several times, updated my driver, and even cleaned my hardware inside my computer. Why won’t it let me play??? This has been happening for almost a week now so I doubt it has anything to do with Xbox updates and maintenance.

It didn’t work and I have tried twice.

The same thing is still happening. I tried this solution twice just now. It’s still giving me error code: 0x87e00196. And it still says I have gaming services installed and downloaded. One thing I should also note is I do not have Xbox Companion. I just reinstalled it for this purpose and it’s still not working either.
