    Gaming serivces not working


    The gaming services on my PC isnt working and it has rendered all the games i have installed unplayable. The games dont even show up as installed but the files are there. I've tried reinstalling gaming services but the microsoft store just shows a blank page when I go there. I've tried many thing but all of it seems to be in vain. If anybody knows a solution, it would be very helpful.

    Hello Madhav, are you playing on Pc, what would be your operating system, Win 10 or 11?

    Have you checked if you have the latest version of Windows installed, at 22H2?

    If you haven't updated yet, click the link below, update, and make all subsequent security updates.

    Also, make sure all Xbox Apps are up to date in the store, and make sure you have the Xbox Companion App installed, it works with the Xbox App.

    Startup issue

    A glitch may of happened that seriously courrpted your file saves or hard drive making this happen. Serivce may be needed.

    If you honestly feel that you are in danger you should contact the Police on the emergency serivces number.



    However "Timmy sent me a message saying he's gonna punch me in the nose" is not cause for immediate alarm and is liable to land you in trouble.



    Otherwise the best way to deal with someone acting like a jerk on XBox LIVE is to mute them, put them on Ignore and report them.
