Gaming monitor with hdmi 1.4, full 4k support?

The Xbox One S will run at 4K if the monitor does 4K@60Hz. When connected via HDMI, the HDMI port on the monitor must be at least version 2.0.

According to the product sheet, you should be able to get 4K@60Hz if you connect the Xbox to the HDMI 2.0 port on the monitor.

The other two HDMI ports, "HDMI 1.4" and "HDMI 1.4(MHL)" will not support 4K@60Hz, and the Xbox will likely default to 1080p.

You must have a display with at least HDMI 2.0 in order to drive 4K@60Hz.

HDMI 1.4 only drives up to 4K@30fps, but the Xbox One X is not designed to accommodate this, and will only display up to 1080p.

Your monitor does indeed have an HDMI 1.4 input. It's at least implied in the

online manual through the "standard timing table", where 4K@60Hz is only achieved through the DisplayPort input. I do not believe there are any adapters available for this (if there were, they would be active adapters and be quite expensive).

I believe that you need to have a monitor that is Freesync and Freesync has to be supported over HDMI, as well as, the monitor needs to have HDMI 2.0 ports and supports 120/144hz, looking at that, and being G-sync, it seems to have HDMI 1.4 ports which limits
it to 1440p at 60hz

Given that your monitor only has HDMI 1.4 and DisplayPort, and also given that the Xbox Series X only has an HDMI output, your monitor wouldn't support 1440p at 144Hz. HDMI 1.4 only supports up to 1080p/120Hz or 4K/24Hz.
