    Gaming licenses


    Hi i just spoke to a member of the customer support regarding my issue with my previous purchases showing up as trials on my new xbox 360 i would much like my purchases to br made to my account , as i was told they were saved to my home device(old xbox)
    i would like all my purchases and game licenses to be moved to my actual live account so that i can play offline as well as online.

    As GrimStreaker said, most downloaded content will not work offline on a different console and you will need to transfer the license.

    They are registered to your gamertag and the first console you download the content to. You can download again to any console.

    But it will only work if connected to live. You would need to transfer the licenses to the new console to use the content offline.

    Hello,

    You can follow the steps here to transfer your licences to your new console:

    http://Xbox.com/DRM

    It's not something we can do for you, but it's fairly easy to do by yourself using the steps provided at that link.

    When performing those steps, you need to be signed in as the account that made the purchases initially.
