    Gaming Keyboard not working


    My wired gaming keyboard just quit working today. The mouse still works but not the keyboard. I tried restarting and the keyboard works when plugged into a PC. How do I fix this???

    Keyboards

    It will work straight away for text input during messaging and the likes.

    Every time the Xbox would show a virtual keyboard on the screen for text input, the keyboard will work.

    As for games, the game has to be specifically made to support keyboards.

    Not all games are able to use keyboards.

    For example Fortnite and Minecraft are popular examples for games that work with an USB Keyboard and USB mouse.

    A USB keyboard works in the dashboard and most apps. Only supported games work with a keyboard. Worms WMD is not supported.

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums, We understand you are having issue with a keyboard. Have you tried different USB ports? As there is not a lot of troubleshooting for these.

    Yes we tried them all. It was working fine earlier and then just quit. It’s brand new so not sure why this is happening.
