    We are expected to be getting rain and snow next week maybe.

    I prefer darker days albeit rather them stay dry as otherwise I have to have curtains closed all day due to sunlight on tv lol the curse of the gamer

    We do not get snow in my country often. So would not be able to comment on this.

    Hello all gamers!

    I was away for a few days on Christmas holiday, but then several more days for one particular reason. Let me explain.

    I notice on the blog 'The last 30 days of season 16', it mentions a light dusting of snow. I think to myself, 'That is the polar opposite of our weather'. I am in south-eastern Australia, in Victoria, and rather than a light dusting of snow, we have firestorm
    warnings. We have had two small fires within 50 kms of our house, one within 30 kms (I think 20 miles), which is almost close enough for ember attack. Thus, I have been spending time cleaning up around our house and wetting surfaces as needed.

    Despite this, I have still found small windows of opportunity to play Red Dead and COD Modern Warfare. Our weather is highly variable. One day it is 45 degrees C with dust and smoke, the next day it's in the low 20's.

    Thus, I am curious. What is the weather like where you are gaming? Apologies if this is such a cliche question, but my day job as a climatologist makes this a professional question for me that I could answer in hours.
