Gaming history not showing on new laptop

First, welcome to the Xbox community. Normally logging into the account you used before would bring all your progress due to this game having progress saved in the cloud, so it is linked to your account and not to the hardware, check if the account logged into your current PC Microsoft store is the same which was used on your old PC.

If that doesn't solve the problem, I suggest you contact Microsoft Casual Games Support, they will be able to give you more details as to why this is happening.

Correction...the laptop they are playing well on is Winodows 7 and not XP.

Also, if I go under purchase history on windows 8 (in zune) they show up, but do not show up the the collection area.

The order was made in the Microsoft Store from my son's laptop (Windows 11 PC) and Microsoft account. Because he is a minor, the purchase required me to sign in from my account and complete the order. I did so, and the order appears in my order history. However, it does not show up as an app on my son's laptop, and within the Microsoft Store on my son's laptop, if we search for the game it shows that we own it, but the game does not appear under the Games icon nor can we find any place to download or open the game.

The game is Minecraft. It does appear in my purchase history. It has worked on my laptop in the past. I had a different problem that required me to do a complete reinstall of Windows 10. That deleted all apps and data. Now the Microsoft Store doesn’t show Minecraft for Windows 10 in My Library. Again, it is shown in my purchase history, April 2021.

In the history, it tells me that I purchased it. When I clicked on it, it said for Xbox one or some other Xbox. That’s fine, but I have a copy on my laptop that is not on the Xbox through the same Microsoft account. I can play fine on my laptop, but it won’t show up on my pc. Sorry for the issues. 🤦🏽‍♀️
